Winter FAIR VENDors

Location: Lycée Français de San Francisco Ashbury Campus (755 Ashbury St., San Francisco)
Event schedule: 11am to 4pm - Vendors must arrive by 10am.
Attendees: 500 people.

Gift vendors  (arts and crafts, food items to gift i.e. honey, chocolate,...)

• $140 Early Bird indoors / $160 after 10/31/25                     
• $120 Early Bird outdoors / $140 after 10/31/25           

 

    Food vendors (all baked goods and food items for immediate consumption. I.E. pastries, hot food plates,...)    

This year, we’re keeping things local and reducing the number of external food vendors, as students from Lycée Français de San Francisco will also have their own booths. If you’d like to join us, please send an application with a detailed list of what you’d like to sell — we’ll review all submissions and make our selection based on what’s already planned to ensure a great variety for everyone.

         Lycee students Booth - free 

Groups of students will be paired on the same booth, depending on their age and goods to sell.  

Each group of students should limit to 2 different types of goods to sell as they will be paired with other students. 

🧊 Tip: Best prepared the day before; can be kept refrigerated overnight and served at room temperature.

Recommendations for student booths : 
- slices of cake or pie
- individual cakes : i.e : madeleines, financiers, donuts, cookies, holiday cookies
- slices of quiches or pizza, or savory cakes 
- cupcakes or muffins
- popcorn
- mini sandwiches
- empanadas, samosas or other salty food easy to eat
- vegetarian/ vegan options recommended 
- beverage : fresh limonade, apple juice, iced tea

2 .Pay for your booth

Only once your application has been approved. 
Payments must be received in advance. No payment will be possible the day of the event for the booths. 
Complete your registration and payment by November 1, 2025 and benefit from the Early bird discount.
