Join us for a special evening bringing together past and present participants of the TAPIF program (Teaching Assistant Program in
France).
This event is a unique opportunity to:
- Connect with fellow alumni and new TAPIFers,
- Share experiences of living and teaching in France,
- Grow your professional and cultural network in the Bay Area,
- Celebrate the Franco-American exchange and speak French again !

More info about TAPIF:
The Teaching Assistant Program in France (TAPIF) is an initiative by the Cultural Services of the French Embassy in the U.S., in collaboration with France Éducation International, designed to place native English speakers in French public schools as English language assistants for a seven‑month period.
To qualify for TAPIF:

Citizenship: Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (green card holder).

Age: Between 20 and 35 years old.

Education: Have completed at least three years of higher education (i.e., college credits). Applicants often must have completed the
majority of their primary and secondary education in the U.S.
- Language: Native English speaker, with at least B1-level proficiency in French (CEFR)
